Custom order are encouraged at Twila Basley Crochet! If you see something on the website but wish it was another color. If you don't see exactly what you're looking for on the website, message me! I've never had a request I could not complete.
FAQ's
Are Twila Basley Crochet products machine wasable?
Most items are machine washable, however, spot cleaning is recommended.
Items with specific washing instructions will be indicated in the item description as well as on the tag.
Acrylic vs Wool?
I would rather use 100% acrylic yarn when creating children's toys to avoid allergies. If a yarn is used which contains wool, or other fibers, it will be clearly stated in the item description.
Do you take custom orders?
Absolutely! Custom orders are always welcome.
Depending on the order and timeframe allowed for the order to be completed, there may be a deposit required or rush fee added.
If a custom order is completed and abandoned by the customer, the item will be held for two weeks. At which point the item will be added to the store inventory and sold.
Do you ever teach classes?
Yes. I hold a variety of crochet classes at The Celtic Knot located at 17 Main St. in Canton NY
